So far has been absolutely amazing. My many trips to Barclay’s have left me tottering on the verge of tears and my mind whirling with the latest exchange rate (1.6). However, I can’t say I have not enjoyed spending every “pence” of it. We started off in style as we rolled out of Heathrow at 7am after an hour and a half in the customs line to find a suited up man holding a sign reading “Ms. Moore” and a luxury Mercedes. Sweet. When we finally moved into our sauna of a flat (our heat works… way too well) and we scrounged up 3 fans from around the building to keep us below our boiling point, all in the dark, as none of our lights worked at first. However, we were in LONDON and therefore, completely overjoyed.
We did go to the War Horse premier and saw WILL AND KATE. Which made me super jazzed. But I was more excited to see the horse, which I wound up missing due to the rain.
