Dr. Michael Lane Morris is the Director of the Global Leadership Scholars Program and an Associate Professor in the Department of Management in the College of Business Administration at The University of Tennessee. Lane has been a faculty member at UT for 20 years. He is married to Julie Morris, who is the Director of Marketing for WBIR. They have three children. Dr. Morris loves to travel, golf, hike, and spend beautiful days on the beach or near the water.
Andrew Seidler is the Academic Advisor for the Global Leadership Scholars Program. Andrew began working in the College of Business Administration at The University of Tennessee in the summer of 2010, just after completing his master’s degree at Northwestern University. He is married to Caitlin Seidler, who is an art teacher at Sarah Moore Greene Magnet Technology Academy. Andrew enjoys playing with his dog (Truman), hiking, traveling, reading, playing drums, and dreaming about his beloved Chicago Cubs one day winning the World Series.
Pamela Durban is the Program Coordinator for the Global Leadership Scholars Program. Pamela came to The University of Tennessee during the fall of 2008. She attended the North Carolina School of the Arts (Go Pickles!) and graduated with a BFA in Operatic Stage Management. Pamela spent the next decade traveling the country working with various opera companies before moving to Knoxville. Thanks to her nomadic lifestyle, Pamela loves traveling, mountains, hiking, being outdoors, and visiting kitschy tourist events.
